◉ Exchange within 15 days of purchase with original cash memo, price tag & mobile number at any store between 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

◉ Discounted, Altered, Winter garments & Accessories will not be exchanged unless they are defective.

◉ Undergarments, Cosmetics, Perfumes & Used products cannot be exchanged for health & hygiene reasons.

◉ Customers must carry their own phone at the time of exchange for OTP purpose.

◉ Credit note will be issued for all payments made by Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Gift Vouchers, Mobile wallets and shall be valid for 30 days.

◉ No Cash refund is allowed against change of merchandise.

◉ Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.

◉ Merchandise for alteration is to be collected within 7 days.

◉ Membership points will be credited only if the customer provides their mobile number before billing completes.
