◉ Exchange Locations and Hours: Exchanges are accepted at any store within the same state between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm.

◉ Defective and Discounted Items: Defective items are eligible for exchange within the 30-day period, subject to management approval. Discounted or promotional items can only be exchanged during the offer period.

◉ Health & Hygiene Exemptions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain products, such as cosmetics, jewellery, lingerie, and undergarments, cannot be exchanged.

◉ Credit Note: Credit notes will be issued for eligible exchanges, valid for 30 days and redeemable only at the store of issuance. Lost or damaged credit notes cannot be reissued.

◉ No Cash Refund: Refunds are not issued in cash. Credit notes are the only forms of reimbursement.
