The option to return or exchange your purchase is available within a 30-day period, provided that you present the original invoice and intact price tag.

◉ The exchange of discounted merchandise is only allowed within the specified offer period.

◉ For health and hygiene reasons, it is not possible to exchange or return cosmetics, jewellery, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), lingerie, and undergarments.

◉ A cash refund will be issued for all cases where the payment was made in cash at the time of purchase.

◉ A Credit Note will be provided for payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Gift Vouchers,and Mobile Wallets.

◉ It is important to redeem Credit Notes within 30 days from the date of issue, specifically at the store where it was issued.

◉ The final decision regarding the eligibility of merchandise for exchange or return rests with the Management and is subject to their discretion.
